Here at Snagyourhome®️ we have been carrying out Snagging Surveys in Northern Ireland for over four years.

With a previous 22 years of  ‘on the tools’ site and management experience in the Construction Industry here we are uniquely equipped to inspect new build dwelling houses.

When we aren’t carrying out Snagging Surveys we work in other disciplines such as Clerk of Works, Building Surveyor and as an Expert Witness.

We understand that other operators now exist in this market who are apparently more competitive but remember you get what you pay for.

Our average time for a three bedroom house is 10 hours and if we don’t get finished we will come back at our own cost. This is confirmed in our terms and conditions.
