Here at Snagyourhome®️ we have been carrying out Snagging Surveys in Northern Ireland for over five years.

With a previous 22 years of  ‘on the tools’ site and management experience in house building, commercial and domestic projects and religious buildings, we are experienced at inspecting new build dwelling houses.

When we aren’t carrying out Snagging Surveys we work in other disciplines such as Clerk of Works, Building Surveying and as an Expert Witness.

We understand that other operators now exist in this market who are apparently more competitive but remember you get what you pay for.

Due to the skills shortage and increasing issues with new build quality snagging surveys are taking longer. If we don’t get finished we will come back at our own cost.
