Some awful stuff making it over the line to the end user and it’s getting worse.
Here are some live exposed electrics outside of enclosure on a new build we inspected recently. Top of the kitchen cupboards? They won’t see it up there!

We also noticed a significant undulation in the kitchen ceiling and missing fire stopping!

Apparently signed off by building control and the #10yearwarranty provider.
