In recent weeks Snagyourhome® has noticed an increase in fire safety deficiencies in new build houses in Northern Ireland.
All of these houses were handed over to the end user.
Unfortunately construction quality standards are heading in the wrong direction.
If you are involved in the purchase of a new home do not assume just because it has a 10 year warranty and building control have signed it off all is as it should be.
